Experts advise sleeping on the left side as a better position for your body to rest.

5. Keep the electronic devices away from the bed

Scrolling on your phone or tablet before going to bed can have a very negative effect because the brightness from the screen prevents the brain from falling asleep.

Olymp Trade

Let’s see what this week has prepared for traders!
Last Friday it became known that the Foreign Ministers of Russia and Iran meet today in Moscow. With a greater degree of probability, Tehran wants to get a guarantee of help from Moscow in case it faces the difficulties caused by the US withdrawal from the nuclear deal.
A traditional monthly report will be published today by the organization of oil exporters. The market is interested in changes in the balance, taking into account the increased activity of American slate companies. We believe that OPEC will remain optimistic, as soon as the value of black gold has increased by about 8.5% over the past 30 days.
Within 3 days from May 15 to May 17 the representatives of 130 American companies and lobbying communities will express their opinion on the introduction of customs duties on 1,300 types of goods imported from China.
On Wednesday the leaders of the European Union countries will gather to discuss the consequences of the US withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal. The informal meeting is the preparatory event before the official summit in the capital of Bulgaria.
One of the first decisions of Donald Trump as President was the relocation of the US Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The Palestinian government reacted to Trump’s statement sharply, and riots began in the streets of Jerusalem. The official opening of the embassy takes place on Thursday. We believe that the Palestinians will not stand aside.
The meeting of the working group of the Australian Reserve Bank on the payment system of the country will take place on Friday. Such meetings can have an impact on the movement of the national currency.

Forgiveness

There's an old Buddhist story about forgiveness.

A Buddhist teacher and student were sitting together.
The Buddhist teacher asks, "Somebody throws a stone
at you, and it hits you. Who are you angry with?"

Student replies, "The person!"

The teacher says, "Well, it's the stone that hit you,
not the person..."

Student replies, "I'm not angry with the stone because
it had no intention; it's the person that threw
the stone at me."

Then the teacher says, "Well using that logic then,
you shouldn't be mad at the person. You should be
mad at their pain because the person is just like the
stone, being helplessly thrown by their pain."

With this story in mind, my first challenge to  you is
forgiveness. Forgiveness of the people who have
hurt you in the past.

This challenge isn't about condoning their actions,
it’s about trying to understand the deeper meaning
behind why they acted in the way they did. Most
importantly, it’s to help you move on.

The Challenge:

1. Write down anyone or situation you feel
    you need to let go.

2. Detail what they did and dissect what might have
caused them to act in such a way. In other words,
what pain might have been thrown them at you.

3. After coming to a place of understanding, write
    a letter forgiveness to them.

4. Burn the letter or send it to them.

Good luck on today's challenge, I wish you the best!

“Not forgiving someone is like drinking poison and
expecting the other person to die.” - Unknown Love
